What You'll Do11
- 1Support enterprise technology platforms across all departments

- 5Partner with business units to implement new technologies
- 6Design and implement server storage database and network monitoring approaches
- 7Supervise 2-3 direct reports handling hiring training and performance reviews
- 8Apply judgment following legal regulations when making routine decisions
- 9Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 10Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards in ESD environments
- 11Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements10
- 1Advanced degrees in relevant fields or equivalent professional experience
- 2Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- 3Expertise with Python AWS React Kubernetes certifications
- 4Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from conception to delivery
- 5Strong knowledge of Unix Unix-like networks and heterogeneous systems
- 6Familiarity with LAN WAN telecommunications architectures
- 7Experience with Microsoft technologies and systems planning methodologies
- 8Skills in project management and quality assurance practices
- 9Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- 10Physical capability to lift 5-10 pounds occasionally
