You will own network infrastructure for a Cisco-based enterprise, managing VOIP systems and ISE security. What You'll Do8
- 1Manage VOIP systems, including Cisco IP Phones, to ensure call quality and uptime.
- 2Configure and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control and security.
- 3Monitor network performance using SolarWinds or similar tools, resolving issues proactively.
- 4Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers across the enterprise.
- 5Implement security patches and updates for network devices on a regular schedule.
- 6Document network configurations and changes to maintain accuracy.
- 7Collaborate with IT teams to support complex network environments during upgrades.
- 8Respond to network incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements7
- 15+ years administering Cisco networks, including VOIP and ISE.
- 2Hands-on experience with Cisco IP Phones and Call Manager.
- 3Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE for authentication and policy enforcement.
- 4Experience with VLANs, STP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- 5Familiarity with SolarWinds or other network monitoring tools.
- 6Cisco certification such as CCNA or CCNP preferred.
- 7Ability to work 5 days on site in Atlanta, GA.
