Overview
Lead day-to-day U.S. IT operations and serve as the missing management layer for the organization. Own operational routing, incident management, procurement, asset lifecycle, and vendor coordination across four locations. Drive scalability and reduce friction while supporting over 4,000 financial institutions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Decide day-to-day operational routing and local service priorities
- 2Manage incident problem change procurement capacity performance and service execution
- 3Drive ticketing discipline and service consistency across distributed support work
- 4Own IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
- 5Coordinate endpoint lifecycle activities including hardware standards and disposal
- 6Manage equipment ordering shipping and drop-ship logistics
- 7Coordinate IT procurement hardware and software purchasing workflows
- 8Handle software license management and renewal readiness
- 9Maintain asset lifecycle practices across intake assignment inventory accuracy and disposition
- 10Facilitate systems engineering coordination and operational handoffs
- 11Ensure stable and consistent service execution with disciplined escalation handling
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in information technology computer science business or related field
- 27+ years of experience in IT operations infrastructure service delivery or technical support leadership
- 33+ years of experience leading IT support or infrastructure teams in multi-site environments
- 4ITIL service management project management certifications preferred
- 5Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows including safe AI usage risk management
