What You'll Do11
- 1Install configure maintain and support Windows and Linux servers network infrastructure and related IT systems

- 5Administer Active Directory Microsoft 365 user accounts permissions and access controls
- 6Support system upgrades backups disaster recovery and infrastructure improvement initiatives
- 7Maintain IT documentation and provide technical assistance to internal users
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- 9Drive process optimization using automation tools like PowerShell or VMware
- 10Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- 11Develop proactive strategies for infrastructure scalability and resilience
Requirements8
- 1Associates or Bachelor degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- 2Experience administering Windows and Linux Server Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- 3Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs VPNs and wireless networking
- 4Familiarity with backup disaster recovery virtualization technologies and cloud services
- 5Analytical problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
- 6Ability to work independently manage priorities and engage with users across all levels
- 7Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell or Hyper‑V is a plus
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
