What You'll Do7
- 1Provide attentive care and supervision for infants in a safe, stimulating classroom
- 2Implement Montessori-inspired activities to support cognitive, social, and physical development
- 3Maintain accurate daily logs of feeding, sleeping, and developmental observations
- 4Communicate openly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
- 5Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and licensing compliance
- 6Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a cohesive, nurturing learning community
- 7Support each infant's developmental milestones and individual needs
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- 2Knowledge of or interest in Montessori philosophy and infant development
- 3Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- 4Meet California Community Care Licensing requirements
- 5Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a love for working with young children
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 712 ECE units, 3 infant toddler units
