What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver onsite care focusing on functional movement and discomfort management
- 2Implement Early Discomfort Management programs to address work and non-work related issues
- 3Conduct ergonomic assessments including on-site, virtual, office and vehicle evaluations
- 4Provide educational training sessions for individuals and groups on injury prevention
- 5Maintain detailed documentation using Briotix Health's web-based system
- 6Perform functional employment testing and return-to-work services as needed
- 7Lead collaborative efforts with client contacts to establish professional relationships
- 8Ensure adherence to OSHA Health and Safety practices and First Aid standards
- 9Develop and execute clinical solutions tailored to client requirements
- 10Deliver presentations and coaching to promote workplace wellness
- 11Maintain physical stamina for on-site work with lifting capabilities up to 50 pounds
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 1 year experience in customer service roles within industrial or office settings
- 2Ergonomic certification preferred but not required
- 31-2 years prior experience in industrial sports medicine or functional employment testing
- 4Valid CPR and AED certification along with current state licensure
- 5Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care and biomechanics
- 6Ability to lift push/pull up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- 7Excellent communication skills for autonomous work environments
