What You'll Do11

  • 1Design and deliver onsite care focusing on functional movement and discomfort management
  • 2Implement Early Discomfort Management programs to address work and non-work related issues
  • 3Conduct ergonomic assessments including on-site, virtual, office and vehicle evaluations
  • 4Provide educational training sessions for individuals and groups on injury prevention
  • 5Maintain detailed documentation using Briotix Health's web-based system
  • 6Perform functional employment testing and return-to-work services as needed
  • 7Lead collaborative efforts with client contacts to establish professional relationships
  • 8Ensure adherence to OSHA Health and Safety practices and First Aid standards
  • 9Develop and execute clinical solutions tailored to client requirements
  • 10Deliver presentations and coaching to promote workplace wellness
  • 11Maintain physical stamina for on-site work with lifting capabilities up to 50 pounds

Requirements9

  • 1Minimum 1 year experience in customer service roles within industrial or office settings
  • 2Ergonomic certification preferred but not required
  • 31-2 years prior experience in industrial sports medicine or functional employment testing
  • 4Valid CPR and AED certification along with current state licensure
  • 5Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care and biomechanics
  • 6Ability to lift push/pull up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
  • 7Excellent communication skills for autonomous work environments
