- 3Own debugging and resolving safety compliance gaps
- 4Drive debugging and solving complex safety issues
- 5Scale proactive safety initiatives across teams
- 6Analyze incident data to identify trends and root causes
- 7Develop training materials using React for interactive learning
- 8Utilize AWS for cloud-based safety monitoring solutions
- 9Implement Kubernetes for scalable safety analytics platforms
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align safety strategies
- 11Maintain documentation using Spark and Airflow for workflow automation
Requirements8
- 1License required: Certified Athletic Trainer Occupational Therapist Occupational Therapist Assistant Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- 25+ years experience in injury prevention or occupational health
- 3Proven ability to lead projects from design to deployment
- 4Strong analytical skills for interpreting safety metrics
- 5Experience with modern development frameworks and cloud infrastructure
- 6Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
- 7Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
