What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain daily logs for administrative functions related to PERSEC
- 2Track customer PERSEC activities through spreadsheets and local databases
- 3Enter and verify data in Joint Access Database and USG systems
- 4Assist in managing personnel security files for cleared staff
- 5Support security awareness and education initiatives
- 6Process Program Access Requests for eligibility and clearance actions
- 7Conduct risk assessments using Defense Information Security Systems
- 8Schedule indoctrination appointments and coordinate debriefings
- 9Provide foreign travel briefings and report international contacts
- 10Handle classified inbound and outbound communications via DISS and JADE
- 11Maintain records for annual self-inspections and training programs
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years in industrial security facilities security or personnel security
- 2Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 4Understanding of security policy manuals and ICDs/SEAD/DOD guidelines
- 5Ability to perform risk assessments and manage classified documentation
