What You'll Do10
- 1Fulfill online orders efficiently using handheld technology and fixed devices, scanning items and confirming accuracy in real time.
- 2Verify product and order details through meticulous quality control, reducing picking errors and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 3Stage orders in a clean, organized area, preparing them for seamless pickup and delivery handoffs.
- 4Handle in-store and online returns and pickups, processing exchanges and resolving issues at the service desk.
- 5Comply with age-restricted item regulations, checking IDs and following state and federal guidelines.
- 6Support customer inquiries at the pickup point, offering store information and resolving concerns on the spot.
- 7Maintain product knowledge and awareness of promotional events to assist shoppers and personalize service.
- 8Attend daily huddles and team meetings, contributing to clear communication and collaborative store operations.
- 9Adapt to changing technology and store protocols, cross-training in various checkout and fulfillment roles.
- 10Maintain safety and security standards across the store, including proper handling of equipment and cleaning agents.
Requirements9
- 1No prior retail experience required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2Ability to stand and walk for 4-8 hours per shift, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- 3Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from freezer to 90°F, both indoors and outdoors.
- 4Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, including peak season from November through January.
- 5Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
- 6Ability to learn new technology-driven solutions, including handheld devices and order systems.
- 7Clear communication and teamwork skills to support a positive work environment.
- 8Must be 18+ years old and have sufficient English proficiency for order preparation.
