What You'll Do6
- 1Shop and fulfill online orders using the Instacart Shopper App on a mobile device, selecting fresh produce and products per customer requests.
- 2Communicate substitution options when items are out of stock, using the app to message customers and confirm changes.
- 3Process order transactions at the POS system, handling payments and issuing receipts accurately.
- 4Answer customer questions about the Instacart platform, delivery times, and the benefits of shopping online, acting as the store's online ambassador.
- 5Stock shelves, fill frozen food bins, and maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation to uphold Sprouts' high standards.
- 6Assist in other areas as needed, including front-end support and bagging, with a 90-day goal of mastering order accuracy and speed.
Requirements8
- 121+ years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- 3Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
- 4Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, and scanner.
- 5Stand, walk, and bend throughout an 8-hour shift.
- 6Maneuver a utility cart holding 20 lbs with force up to 35 lbs, over distances up to 20 feet.
- 7Walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift.
- 8Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
