Overview
Own and drive strategic IAM governance initiatives at scale in a senior leadership liaison role. Lead cross functional teams to implement remediation and control solutions across IAM products with timely delivery. Influence plans, specifications, and resource needs for long term risk mitigation strategies. Provide direction to leadership on innovative business solutions and report on portfolio status with clear metrics.

- 3Ship metrics based reporting and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- 4Drive transformation programs within IT operations or Software Delivery Lifecycle with Agile practices
- 5Own risk and control remediation programs and ensure effective escalation and closure
Requirements5
- 14+ years of information security analysis or risk management or related fields
- 2Foundational understanding of IAM tools and processes across IAM products
- 3Experience governing remediation programs in large financial services organizations
- 4Experience with Agile methodology and large scale transformation programs
- 5Program and Project management experience across matrixed organizations
Salary Insight
$100 - $163k per year
