IAM Compliance Manager, IAM & MFA Security
Overview
Own IAM governance and security policy compliance at scale, focusing on access governance, MFA adoption, and incident management within the Cyber Excellence Program. Work with cross functional teams to validate account ownership and drive remediation efforts. Collaborate on change and problem management to maintain a secure environment. This role differs by combining governance, change management, and security program alignment in a contract setting.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and enforce IAM governance controls to ensure access rights are accurate and auditable.
- 2Design and monitor MFA adoption and compliance metrics as part of the Cyber Excellence Program 2026, driving improvements.
- 3Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities related to IAM events and access issues.
- 4Validate account ownership and perform NPA remediation to reduce access risk.
- 5Collaborate with security, IT operations, and policy teams to align IAM practices with security policies.
