Sr. PAM Lead (IAM)
Overview
Lead privileged access management strategy to reduce risk and improve governance across the enterprise. Own implementation of IAM solutions and drive remediation initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align security controls with business objectives.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement IAM frameworks using Python and AWS services
- 2Deploy and configure Kubernetes clusters for secure credential storage
- 3Develop automated workflows with React for real‑time access monitoring
- 4Ship integrated solutions that meet compliance standards
- 5Scale secure access patterns across multiple cloud environments
- 6Debug and troubleshoot authentication failures in production systems
- 7Drive adoption of best practices through training and documentation
- 8Own lifecycle management of privileged accounts and sessions
- 9Collaborate with engineering and operations to embed security into CI/CD pipelines
Requirements8
- 15+ years designing and maintaining IAM architectures
- 23-5 seasons leading security projects
- 3AWS Certified Administrator or equivalent
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA certification required
- 65+ years developing ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Proven ability to deliver measurable risk reduction within 90 days
- 8Strong knowledge of React and Kubernetes for modern security tooling
Salary Insight
$125 - $166k per year
