IAM Analyst, Identity & Access Management
Overview
You will own access provisioning and control monitoring for Active Directory, O365, and Cloud Systems across a user base of 6,500+ associates. Working within the Digital/IT team, you will remediate access exceptions, support user access reviews, and ensure least privilege across all systems. Reporting to the IAM lead, you will collaborate with security, audit, and application teams to maintain compliance with SOX and SOC1 frameworks. This role offers exposure to SailPoint and Saviynt and the opportunity to shape access governance processes. You will also integrate new applications into the IAM platform, directly impacting operational security.
What You'll Do9
- 1Engage in access reconciliation and exception remediation activities within Active Directory and O365.
- 2Perform control monitoring and testing for IAM processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and SOC1.
- 3Manage the lifecycle of IAM processes, including documentation, calls, and meetings.
- 4Track operational metrics and update progress in trackers for visibility.
- 5Create and maintain business roles and monitor accounts, resolving orphaned, service, and privileged access issues.
- 6Support periodic user access reviews, including high-risk entitlement and role reviews.
- 7Configure and integrate new applications into the IAM system, leveraging SailPoint or Saviynt.
- 8Input and upload response results across in-house tools to maintain accurate records.
- 9Foster the MSC culture and participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements10
- 11+ year of related experience in IAM or IT roles.
- 2Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in the IAM field.
- 3Strong knowledge of Active Directory, user authentication, and authorization methods.
- 4Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle queries.
- 5Understanding of access request, provisioning, and certification processes.
- 6Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Visio.
- 7Experience with privileged access management and least privilege principles.
- 8Knowledge of IAM controls, principles, and regulatory obligations like SOX and SOC1.
- 9Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- 10Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
