Overview
You will own requirement analysis and translation into technical specifications for IAM projects on the delivery team. You will work with stakeholders to define identity and access management solutions, shaping access controls for a financial industry client. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, ensuring IAM solutions meet audit and compliance standards. This role requires deep IAM expertise and financial industry experience, offering direct client exposure and onsite collaboration in Chicago.

- 5Collaborate with development teams to ensure IAM solutions align with business and security requirements
- 6Drive IAM project deliverables, ensuring timely completion of analysis and design phases
- 7Support testing and validation of IAM implementations to ensure they meet business requirements

- 15+ years as a Business Systems Analyst focused on IAM
- 23+ years in the financial industry, preferably in banking or capital markets
- 33+ years with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta
- 42+ years writing technical specifications for IAM integrations
- 5Experience with Active Directory and LDAP
- 6Local to Chicago IL and available for onsite interview
