Overview
You will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the IAM delivery team. You will drive IAM projects from requirement to implementation, coordinating with stakeholders through standups and refinement. Requirements7
- 13+ years as a business systems analyst or similar role in IAM projects.
- 2Strong IAM domain knowledge, including identity lifecycle and access governance.
- 3Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- 4Proficiency in agile ceremonies: standups, refinement, sprint planning.
- 5Excellent stakeholder communication: bridging business and IAM teams.
- 6Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
