Overview
IAM professional who will own requirements analysis and translation into technical specs on the IAM delivery team at Javen Technologies. They will communicate progress to stakeholders and organize work through regular standups and refinement sessions. You will collaborate with product, security, and engineering to ensure alignment with IAM initiatives.

- 1Build and translate business requirements into technical specifications for IAM projects
- 2Drive stakeholder communications and status updates on IAM initiatives
- 3Lead regular standups and refinement meetings to organize work streams
- 4Design processes and documents to support Identity and Access Management workflows
- 5Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with IAM controls
- 6Analyze gaps, propose solutions, and support testing and validation in IAM deployments
- 7Own documentation for IAM requirements, APIs, and data mappings
- 8Contribute to IAM project planning, risk assessment, and sprint planning
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience as a business analyst or IAM business systems analyst
- 2Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and controls
- 3Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- 4Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and facilitate meetings
- 5Experience with project management practices and agile ceremonies
- 6Proficiency with requirement gathering, process mapping, and data analysis
- 7Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL on a contract basis
- 8Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
