HVAC Maintenance Technician, Property Management
Overview
This role owns all maintenance and repair work across a growing property portfolio in NW Houston. You will handle HVAC repairs with Universal certification, plus plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. What You'll Do6
- 1Diagnose and repair HVAC systems using Universal certification within the first 90 days.
- 2Complete basic plumbing and electrical work, including sink and vanity installation.
- 3Perform exterior maintenance: gutter cleaning, crawl space checks, and daily grounds cleanup.
- 4Install sheet vinyl flooring and handle basic carpentry tasks.
- 5Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation.
- 6Maintain your own basic tools and ensure dependable transportation.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- 3Universal certification for HVAC repairs.
- 41+ years of maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
- 5Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- 6Ability to lay sheet vinyl flooring and install bath sinks, vanities, and cabinetry.
- 7Clean background check and drug test.
