- 9Manage 50-100+ daily calls and busy email queue with composure
- 10Build relationships with clients while handling complex service scenarios
- 11Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout all interactions
Requirements10
- 15+ years dispatching experience with commercial kitchen equipment
- 2Strong customer service skills with proven communication abilities
- 3Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new dispatch platforms quickly
- 4Experience with Google Workspace tools including Gmail Calendar and Sheets
- 5Excellent organization and attention to detail for managing multiple priorities
- 6Reliable attendance and punctuality required for full-time day shift position
- 7Experience in HVAC refrigeration or similar skilled trades preferred
