What You'll Do11
- 1Load system-level controller software and perform commissioning diagnostics from controllers to end devices
- 2Lead troubleshooting and resolution of basic HVAC mechanical electrical and controls issues
- 3Provide real-time customer communication regarding project progress and service resolutions
- 4Calibrate systems using electronic test equipment and maintain detailed commissioning documentation
- 5Complete administrative tasks including time sheets expense reports and on-site documentation
- 6Document changes and generate as-built records for facility systems
- 7Upsell energy optimization solutions based on system performance analysis
- 8Offer expert recommendations for facility efficiency with supporting quotes
- 9Maintain safety standards and attend required safety training sessions
- 10Collaborate with JCI contractors and customers throughout the project lifecycle
- 11Represent Johnson Controls professionally while upholding company values
Requirements8
- 1Vocational school graduate or associate degree in electronics mechanical systems computer technology air conditioning
- 2Three years of HVAC industry experience or one year in electronic mechanical system servicing
- 3Proven knowledge of HVAC controls systems facilities management equipment installation and servicing
- 4Strong interpersonal skills for customer representation and technical communication
- 5Ability to explain complex technical information to diverse audiences
- 6Leadership abilities to mentor mechanics on non-complex building automation tasks
- 7PC proficiency and HVAC software programming capability
- 8Commitment to ethical professional representation and teamwork
