What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead full cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, seasonal, and professional roles and coordinate interviews to fill openings on time
  • 2Screen, interview, and extend offers while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • 3Manage relationships with staffing agencies for temporary workforce needs and ensure alignment with business needs
  • 4Oversee onboarding, status changes, records, policy support, and HR documentation with accuracy
  • 5Prepare reports and dashboards to guide HR decisions and monitor compliance
  • 6Support performance management programs, recognition initiatives, and conduct exit interviews
  • 7Partner with managers to define staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • 8Maintain strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in a manufacturing environment
  • 9Ensure onsite HR operations run smoothly within 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
  • 10Drive continuous process improvements in HR workflows and data integrity

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 23–5 years HR and/or recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • 4Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience preferred
