HRIS Specialist, Payroll & HR Systems
Overview
You own end-to-end administration and configuration of CRB's HRIS and ATS, safeguarding data accuracy and confidentiality across platforms for 1,200+ employees. You work with Human Resources, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to implement system updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance workflows. You lead system audits, manage user security roles, and generate Power BI reports to drive workforce insights. This role stands out for its impact on HRIS evaluation and selection, plus a path to influence continuous improvement across the department.
What You'll Do9
- 1Administer HRIS and ATS systems, managing software updates, regression testing, and regular troubleshooting and data corrections.
- 2Ensure data integrity across all platforms, contributing to system testing, report generation, and evaluating data flows for process improvements.
- 3Provide primary technical support for HR system users, delivering training and resolving system-related issues promptly.
- 4Drive partnerships with IT, Payroll, HR, and external vendors to manage system integrations, workflows, and notifications.
- 5Lead regular system audits to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency, reviewing user security roles and permission assignments for compliance.
- 6Partner with the IT Data team to generate and maintain Power BI data and fulfill HRIS report requests from the business.
- 7Generate custom reports and dashboards from HR data to analyze workforce trends and provide metrics for departmental use.
- 8Support evaluation and selection of a new HRIS platform with data-driven recommendations.
- 9Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and serve as a backup to HR Coordinators, assisting with new hire orientation and onboarding support.
Requirements10
- 13-8 years of hands-on HRIS platform administration and configuration experience.
- 2Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
- 3Dynamics 365 F&O ERP experience preferred.
- 4Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 5Hands-on configuration experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
- 6Hands-on experience with reporting tools; PowerBI preferred.
- 7Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and formula writing.
- 8Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 9Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
- 10Strong problem-solving and user support orientation, with ability to multitask and prioritize in a client-focused environment.
