The HR Specialist drives People & Culture success supporting the Chief People Officer and enhancing operational efficiency. This role combines executive-level support project coordination and department cross-training while managing governance committees. What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate the end-to-end governance committee process including intake scheduling documentation and follow-up
- 2Manage timely governance submissions and ensure required materials are complete after review
- 3Track approvals decisions and action items to guarantee full execution and documentation
- 4Partner with stakeholders to enforce governance process requirements
- 5Cross-train and support other P&C functional areas as needed
- 6Coordinate budgeting support invoice management expense reconciliation and accounts payable processing with Finance
- 7Organize meetings conferences and special events handling room setup and catering
- 8Create and maintain mail merges templates for DocuSign routing reviews and e-signature processes
- 9Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients vendors and team members
- 10Design spreadsheets presentations mail-merge functions for Word and Outlook and Adobe Pro applications
- 11Draft edit letters reports and other documents conduct research compile summaries for presentations
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading administrative teams
- 3Associate degree and five or more years of related experience
- 4Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of related experience
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Pro and other relevant software
- 6Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- 9Professional demeanor and interaction skills across all organizational levels
- 10Education/Experience: Associate degree and five or more years of related experience or bachelor’s degree and two or more years or equivalent combination
