  • 9Prepares new hire binders and documentation for orientation
  • 10Creates facilities and IT tickets for the department
  • 11Assigns training modules to employees
  • 12Processes pre-employment occupational health screening authorizations
  • 13Collects and files background check results
  • 14Works with HR Ops Manager to submit offer rescission letters
  • 15Oversees credentialing for all clinical staff using Modio
  • 16Assists HR Compliance Specialist with license renewals
  • 17Conducts weekly Virtual New Hire Orientation
  • 18Owns the New Hire Huddle meeting
  • 19Identifies process improvements and implements best practices
  • 20Manages voluntary terminations and prepares final paychecks
  • 21Performs audits of personnel and credentialing files
  • 22Maintains data integrity in HRIS systems
  • 23Performs other related duties as required

Requirements16

  • 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR project management or related field
  • 2Human Resources certification preferred
  • 3Two years of customer service or HR experience
  • 4Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • 5Phoneline experience preferred
  • 6Bilingual English Spanish Arabic Mandarin preferred
  • 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 8Proficiency with project management software donor databases social media platforms
  • 9Ability to secure mid-level to major gift donors
  • 10Experience with Asana WordPress GiveSmart eTapestry Canva Constant Contact Virtuous
  • 11Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • 12Physical ability to lift 10 lbs
