What You'll Do11

  • 1Manage full caregiver hiring cycle from sourcing to start date coordination
  • 2Maintain rapid response times with applicant outreach within 24 hours
  • 3Post jobs across Indeed and evaluate sources based on hire quality
  • 4Administer compliance onboarding including background checks and I-9 verification
  • 5Coordinate with scheduling to prioritize hiring by case and service area
  • 6Maintain pre-screened candidate bench for same-week staffing needs
  • 7Process biweekly payroll from start to finish
  • 8Review EVV data against approved timesheets before each payroll run
  • 9Track time-to-fill and retention metrics for performance reporting
  • 10Handle new hires terminations rate changes and tax withholding forms
  • 11Respond to payroll inquiries with clear professional explanations

Requirements11

  • 1Minimum two years HR recruiting or payroll experience preferably in home care
  • 2Hands-on payroll processing for at least 50 employees
  • 3Ability to manage high applicant volume without sacrificing accuracy
  • 4Knowledge of FLSA and wage and hour regulations
  • 5Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and independent learning capability
  • 6Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • 7High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 8Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 9Experience with payroll software and EVV platforms
  • 10Familiarity with Michigan Medicaid programs
  • 11Bilingual Arabic or Chaldean proficiency preferred
