We seek a compassionate HR professional to ensure employee well-being and support exceptional in-home care services. What You'll Do6
- 1Manage HR-related tasks including recruitment employee relations benefits administration and regulatory compliance
- 2Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs to foster team growth
- 3Conduct new hire orientations and train staff on policies
- 4Maintain accurate employee records such as personnel files attendance and leave records
- 5Provide guidance to management and employees on performance management conduct and conflict resolution
- 6Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
Requirements7
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- 4Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 6Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 7Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
