Human Resources Assistant at Optimal Home Care
Overview
Support recruiting and onboarding success while assisting HR training and development. Report to Human Resources Manager.
What You'll Do16
- 1Create and administer dynamic Orientation and Onboarding experiences for new staff
- 2Coordinate strategic new hire training plans with management
- 3Follow up with new hires for ninety days to ensure successful transition
- 4Assist in using pre-screening assessments background checks and pre-hire tools
- 5Develop open job advertisements and post agency openings
- 6Work with HR Manager to communicate job openings across websites and social media
- 7Lead candidate screening interviewing and selection processes
- 8Manage outside recruiters and headhunters
- 9Promote internal growth through communication of opportunities
- 10Communicate with managers to establish rapport and source candidates
- 11Coordinate development programs focusing on new hires and current staff
- 12Execute monthly in-services to improve morale
- 13Create surveys to gauge morale and support retention efforts
- 14Maintain job descriptions interview guides and recruitment support forms
- 15Assist with rejection letters offer packages and new employee orientation
- 16Prepare reports for HR Manager decisions
Requirements5
- 1Associates Degree from accredited college or university
- 2Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Proficiency in AWS services
- 5Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
