Overview
We are seeking a reliable organized and fun HR Generalist to join our team at Pattern. The role supports our HR Manager in enhancing associate culture and engagement while operating in North Las Vegas. This position offers competitive benefits and a dynamic workplace.
What You'll Do20
- 1Oversee onboarding process for new hires including orientation and coordination with temp agencies
- 2Audit attendance and timecards provide coaching and training to supervisors and associates
- 3Act as first point of contact for associate questions and concerns
- 4Work under HR Manager to achieve engagement retention and compliance goals
- 5Support operations in building a safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance
- 6Review timecards weekly for 100-150 associates and prepare for new hires
- 7Create engagement content in Canva for facility TVs and fliers
- 8Process terminations in Workday and send weekly hours reports to agencies
- 9Distribute and track vests badges and lockers
- 10Organize engagement activities and place orders for meals supplies or activities
- 11Generate safety inspection lists and organize swag bags
- 12Update daily attendance notes and associate start meeting notes
- 13Maintain HR electronic filing system and ensure policy adherence
- 14Ensure office and breakroom cleanliness and work with vendors
- 15Perform administrative or data entry tasks for filing and timekeeping
- 16Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
- 17Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
- 18Prioritize tasks and follow through to resolution
- 19Review timecards for 50+ employees and use Google Suite proficiently
- 20Work with Workday a strong plus for HRIS records
Requirements11
- 12-3 years of HR or similar experience preferred in warehousing distribution or manufacturing
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3Proven ability to manage confidential information
- 4Strong customer service and communication skills
- 5Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- 6Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through
- 7Experience reviewing timecards for large groups preferred
- 8Proficiency with Google Suite including Sheets and Gmail
- 9Experience with Workday a strong plus
- 10Physical ability to sit 8-10 hours and lift up to 10 pounds
- 11Willingness to work in a casual atmosphere
