HR Generalist, Healthcare & Multi-State Compliance
Overview
You will own benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance for CompleteRx's multi-state hospital pharmacy operations. Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with leaders across Texas and other states to build a people-first culture. This hybrid role combines strategic HR initiatives with hands-on employee support. You'll serve as the trusted advisor for 200+ employees while driving HR programs that scale with our growth.
What You'll Do8
- 1Administer benefits programs including open enrollment, claims resolution, and vendor management with ADP Workforce Now.
- 2Coach managers on employee relations issues, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
- 3Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws across multiple states, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA.
- 4Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to create a seamless employee experience from day one.
- 5Manage leave of absence requests, workers' compensation claims, and accommodation processes.
- 6Drive HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, and diversity efforts.
- 7Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll.
- 8Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support workforce planning and metrics.
Requirements8
- 13-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment.
- 2PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
- 3Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 7+ years of relevant HR experience in lieu of degree.
- 4Deep knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- 5Experience coaching leaders and addressing employee matters with sound judgment.
- 6Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across all levels.
- 8Ability to travel occasionally to support multiple locations in Texas and other states.
