What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage employee records and paperwork to ensure accurate HR files
  • 2Design and execute benefits enrollment for new hires and changes
  • 3Assist with payroll audits and processing to ensure timely, accurate pay
  • 4Support recruitment and interview processes including scheduling and coordinating logistics
  • 5Prepare performance review materials and assist with HR projects and research
  • 6Coordinate vendor communications for employee discounts and benefits programs
  • 7Schedule meetings, interviews, and conferences and reserve facilities as needed
  • 8Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, mail processing, and correspondence
  • 9Support HR Manager with special projects and ad hoc requests
  • 10Maintain compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements10

  • 1Must have prior experience supporting sustainability initiatives or programs within an HR or administrative environment
  • 2Availability for full-time schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional evenings and weekends for events
  • 3Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with customer service experience
  • 4Ability to verify I-9 documentation and assist with background checks
  • 5Experience with payroll processes and benefits administration preferred
  • 6Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • 7Experience with recruitment support and interview scheduling is a plus
  • 8Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • 9Proficiency with standard office software and documentation processes
  • 10Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
