What You'll Do7
- 1Plan schedules for the housekeeping team and coordinate staffing to cover shifts
- 2Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and family members
- 3Inspect interior spaces daily and address deficiencies to ensure safety and cleanliness
- 4Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments
- 5Train new and existing staff on community and state required policies and procedures
- 6Hire and supervise the housekeeping team
- 7Supervise and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 23 years of housekeeping experience
- 31 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services
- 4Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
- 5Ability to communicate scheduling and policy changes effectively
