Housekeeping Aide, Senior Living & Facilities Services
Overview
Housekeeping Aide will own cleaning and sanitation across a Lifespark Senior Living Community serving residents in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care at scale. You will work with a focused team to maintain facility cleanliness and safety, including following infection control procedures and proper chemical handling. This role centers on compassionate service and consistent standards, contributing to residents’ daily quality of life. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and execute cleaning procedures and waste disposal per facility policy to maintain clean, safe spaces
- 2Maintain proper use of housekeeping equipment and supplies including soap and paper products
- 3Follow infection control procedures to protect residents and staff
- 4Report areas in need of repair to supervisor and coordinate timely corrective actions
- 5Dispense supplies and restock as directed to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping operations
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in a long-term care facility or acute care center preferred
- 3Ability to perform housekeeping tasks in a healthcare setting complying with infection control policies
- 4Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- 5Commitment to compassionate resident service and teamwork
