What You'll Do8
- 1Build a clean and sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting common areas and resident rooms
- 2Maintain dining areas, hallways, offices, and other spaces to high cleanliness standards
- 3Manage cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues to the supervisor
- 4Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
- 5Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and personal items
- 6Provide exceptional service to residents and staff while respecting privacy and comfort
- 7Report facility cleanliness concerns and resident needs to the appropriate team members
- 8Support independent and team work to meet daily cleaning targets
Requirements7
- 1Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
- 2Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- 3Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- 4Good communication skills and compassionate interaction with residents
- 5Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols
- 6Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
- 7Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
