Own a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, serving as the primary technical and commercial contact. What You'll Do8
- 1Support end-to-end onboarding, certification, and rollout of new connectivity partners and features.
- 2Monitor supplier technical performance including availability, latency, uptime, and booking/cancellation success.
- 3Troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues as the primary escalation point.
- 4Build and maintain dashboards and alerts using SQL and visualization tools to detect issues early.
- 5Own a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, balancing technical health and commercial strategy.
- 6Identify opportunities for content quality improvements and drive implementations.
- 7Maintain a connectivity feature roadmap, translating partner pain points into clear product requirements.
- 8Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities.
Requirements10
- 14+ years in technical account management, partner success, or sales engineering in travel tech, OTAs, or hospitality.
- 21+ year in hotel distribution, revenue management, or eCommerce within the hotel or travel industry.
- 31+ year experience with Synxis, Dhisco, DerbySoft, or Online Travel Agencies.
- 4Strong technical knowledge of hotel supply partners' APIs and connectivity protocols.
- 5Proven success building dashboards, analyzing data, and adjusting strategy.
- 6Technical fluency to work with engineers on third-party API integrations, especially CRS and direct connections.
- 7Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate complex systems.
- 8Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- 9Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools is required.
- 10Strong commercial instincts with experience influencing product roadmaps.
