- 1Manage a portfolio of lodging supply partners and drive growth across distribution channels
- 2Partner with Strategic Chain team to onboard new hotel contracts leveraging connectivity solutions
- 3Create and deliver tailored account development plans performance reviews and reporting
- 4Build consultative long-term relationships through regular open communication
- 5Analyze account performance identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
- 6Track partner performance in Salesforce ensuring alignment and visibility
- 7Share competitive intelligence insights on local trends customer needs and market dynamics
- 8Take ownership of customer success initiatives proactively resolving partner challenges
- 9Serve as main day-to-day contact for hotel partners while collaborating with Hotel Supply acquisition team
- 10Deliver data-driven insights to internal stakeholders for brand partner presentations
- 11Monitor pricing availability and distribution metrics to ensure fair market share
- 12Negotiate and coordinate ad hoc promotions discounts and marketing fund opportunities
- 13Demonstrate can-do mindset with drive to solve diverse challenges
- 14Manage and communicate across multiple hotel chain accounts

Requirements13
- 1Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- 2At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management with global hotel chains
- 3At least 3 years enterprise sales experience and training
- 47+ years of experience proven track record in B2B sales and business development within luxury travel or hospitality
- 5Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 6Problem solving and influencing skills
- 7Minimum full-time annual salary range $111200 - $126900 for McLean VA
- 8Minimum full-time annual salary range $121300 - $138400 for New York NY
- 9Minimum full-time annual salary range $101100 - $115400 for Richmond VA
- 10Eligibility based on location status and application acceptance timeframe
- 11Ability to accept accommodation within minimum 5 business days
