Own the guest experience at Federales Denver in RiNo, welcoming up to 300 guests per shift. You will manage seating, reservations, and phone inquiries in an open-air tequila and taco venue with a high-energy day-to-night vibe. Collaborate with FOH managers and a tight-knit service team. What You'll Do6
- 1Greet guests and seat them promptly, managing waitlists and floor flow during peak hours.
- 2Handle all incoming phone calls and reservation inquiries with clear communication.
- 3Organize menus and reservations for daily service, coordinating with the host team.
- 4Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure smooth table turnover.
- 5Work under the guidance of FOH managers to adapt seating for special events and large parties.
- 6Maintain a welcoming entrance, updating wait times and guest expectations in real time.
Requirements4
- 11+ year experience in the hospitality industry, including hosting or service roles.
- 2Experience working with OpenTable reservation software and its table management features.
- 3Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- 4Adaptive attitude and good judgment when handling guest requests and seating challenges.
