What You'll Do8
- 1Greet each member by name with recognition and warmth upon arrival to create a friendly atmosphere
- 2Process printed materials for appointments ensuring accuracy and completeness
- 3Collaborate with the General Manager to address member needs and provide updates on feedback
- 4Maintain accurate member records using Athena by checking in members promptly
- 5Coordinate Atria's Gifting Program to curate memorable member experiences
- 6Support concierge greeters with package handling and maintain member library organization
- 7Assist Hospitality Services with food and beverage service as needed
- 8Report directly to the General Manager of Hospitality
Requirements10
- 1Previous experience in customer service or hospitality especially in healthcare settings
- 2Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse individuals
- 3Keen attention to detail for personalized service
- 4Proficiency in healthcare management software such as Athena
- 5College degree preferred but not required
- 6Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
- 7Willingness to follow uniform guidelines
- 8Compliance with health and safety standards
- 9Experience with preventive health screenings and wellness programs
- 10Flexibility to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA
