What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare package and distribute medications under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist
- 2Select drugs from stock by counting pouring mixing and labeling pharmaceutical products
- 3Monitor prescription inventory for expiration and return expired items to manufacturers
- 4Receive prescriptions and enter data into a computerized system to create patient profiles
- 5Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and provide excellent customer service via phone or in person
- 6Preserve confidentiality of protected health information and manage filing systems
- 7Track delivery instructions and invoices to assist delivery staff and carriers
- 8Perform other duties as assigned by management
- 9Maintain organization and attention to detail in daily operations
- 10Contribute to a culture that empowers individuals to live healthier lives
Requirements10
- 1High school or equivalent degree preferred with Pharmacy Technician License
- 23 years pharmacy technician experience preferred
- 31 year customer service experience preferred
- 4Valid Pharmacy Technician License
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 6Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- 7Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 8Proven time management skills with deadline adherence
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
