Hospice RN PRN - Redcrest Hospice LLC
Overview
You will own patient care across multiple settings in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. This role offers autonomy and impact while supporting patients as family members. What You'll Do8
- 1Plan and individualize patient care based on evolving needs
- 2Update physician orders and administer medications accurately
- 3Manage multidisciplinary care transitions and discharges
- 4Educate and advocate for patients and families regarding disease progression
- 5Document all clinical activities following agency and Medicare protocols
- 6Supervise nursing aides and LPNs to ensure safe patient outcomes
- 7Attend mandatory agency meetings and complete ongoing training
- 8Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies
Requirements6
- 1Registered Nurse with current state license
- 2Minimum one year acute care RN experience preferred
- 3Hospice experience is desired
- 4Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
- 5Ability to perform all physical demands of the position
- 6Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
