What You'll Do9
- 1Build and manage daily office operations including scheduling and staffing to support patient care
- 2Support Office Manager in supervising administrative staff and delivering training
- 3Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and documentation
- 4Facilitate clear communication between clinical staff, patients, families, caregivers, and external stakeholders
- 5Assist with billing, insurance verification, and claims processing to ensure timely reimbursement
- 6Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- 7Monitor inventory and supplies and place orders as needed
- 8Prepare basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, accounts payable, and invoice processing
- 9Collaborate with Administrator to ensure smooth agency operations and excellent patient care
Requirements5
- 1Previous experience in a healthcare or home health setting is preferred
- 2Familiarity with home health regulations and practices is a plus
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- 4Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
