Home Health Supervisor FT Days
Overview
The Home Health Supervisor oversees department management and clinical oversight to ensure high quality home health services. This role provides first line supervision and operational decision making while supporting staff development and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee coordination implementation and evaluation of patient plans of care
- 2Ensure patient needs are assessed and services delivered according to quality safety standards
- 3Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners for patient centered care
- 4Oversee clinical team within home health and support department operations
- 5Participate in process improvement initiatives and evaluate compliance to standard work
- 6Facilitate effective use of technology and systems for regulatory compliance and billing
- 7Supervise coach and evaluate assigned clinical and non clinical staff
- 8Provide guidance mentoring and performance feedback to promote accountability
- 9Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with CMS state payer requirements
- 10Perform direct patient care on limited basis as needed
- 11Rotate after hours administrative call
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's in Nursing or Physical Therapy Required
- 21 year RN or PT skilled Medicare certified home health experience including Start of Care OASIS assessment
- 3Required 2 years RN or PT experience with prior supervisory educator or charge experience
- 4Active Arizona and/or Compact State license for RN or PT
- 5Basic Life Support CPR/BLS certification current
- 6Drivers License required
- 7Auto Insurance certification required
- 8Fingerprint Clearance Card Level 1 required
- 9Verification that employee is not on adult protective services registry
