Overview
Harmony At Home Senior Care seeks compassionate caregivers to support new clients in The Woodlands and Spring Texas. Caregivers will provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, and dementia care. Compensation ranges from $9.00 to $13.00 per hour based on experience and availability. This position offers flexible scheduling and priority consideration for growth.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with new clients through consistent caregiving
- 2Design personalized care plans addressing specific client needs
- 3Lead activities that promote mental stimulation and social engagement
- 4Manage household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
- 5Assist with medication reminders and transportation logistics
- 6Provide mobility support and transfer assistance safely
- 7Document care activities and communicate changes to supervisors
- 8Maintain accurate records of client health and wellbeing
- 9Collaborate with family members to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud fundamentals knowledge
- 4Dementia care experience valued
- 5Valid driver` license and auto insurance required
- 6Background screening clearance needed
- 7Weekend availability is a plus
- 8Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- 9Reliable transportation skills essential
- 10Strong communication abilities demonstrated
