What You'll Do9
- 1Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- 2Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
- 3Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- 4Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
- 5Follow infection control and care plan protocols.
- 6Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
- 7Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- 8Remind clients to take medication.
- 9Clock in/out and document all tasks.
Requirements9
- 1Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related field.
- 2State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
- 3High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 4Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, proof of insurance.
- 5Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- 6Authorized to work in the United States.
- 7Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- 8Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
- 9Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
