What You'll Do9
- 1Build rapport and provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- 2Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and transfers.
- 3Prepare meals and assist with feeding, honoring dietary needs.
- 4Maintain client safety by monitoring conditions and reporting changes to the care team.
- 5Follow infection control protocols and execute care plan steps.
- 6Provide transportation for appointments and errands, using reliable personal vehicle.
- 7Perform light housekeeping and laundry to keep a clean and safe home.
- 8Remind clients to take prescribed medications as directed.
- 9Document all tasks and clock in/out accurately using our time tracking system.
Requirements9
- 1Active CNA license in good standing.
- 2Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related field.
- 3High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 4Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; proof of insurance if needed for client transport.
- 5Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy for seniors.
- 6Authorized to work in the United States.
- 7Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- 8Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
- 9Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
