Requirements10
- 12 years of restaurant or food and beverage supervisory experience
- 2Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- 3Strong problem-solving skills for employees and guests
- 4Knowledge of POS systems preferred
- 5ServSafe or TIPS beverage service certification required
- 6High school diploma or GED minimum
- 7Physical capability to lift 50 pounds regularly and occasionally handle 150 pound kegs
- 8Experience working extended hours with physically demanding tasks
