What You'll Do5
- 1Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages food items and menu offerings while maintaining quality and food safety standards
- 2Process customer transactions accurately including cash handling POS operations and providing correct change
- 3Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting customers answering questions and resolving concerns promoting hotel services
- 4Maintain coffee shop operations by stocking organizing inventory merchandise displays and supplies
- 5Follow all health safety and company standards including proper equipment use food handling chemical storage and incident reporting
Requirements6
- 1Proven experience as a Barista in luxury hospitality or high-volume customer service environments
- 2Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods specialty beverages and espresso equipment operation
- 3Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences supported by communication and collaborative teamwork skills
- 4Detail-oriented with commitment to quality cleanliness and proper operation and maintenance of food service equipment
- 5Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods work efficiently in fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- 6Valid authorization to work in the United States
