What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers immediately with a sincere welcome, taking orders with clarity.
- 2Prepare coffee and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, following recipes.
- 3Ring guest checks correctly and process payments via POS system.
- 4Resolve guest dissatisfaction tactfully, negotiating solutions.
- 5Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating zones.
- 6Comply with accounting guidelines for cash handling and tip distribution.
- 7Balance house bank at shift end, retrieving and returning from vault.
- 8Follow attendance rules and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements5
