Overview
You will own the desktop environment for a direct client in Columbus, OH, keeping it current and running optimally through automation and new technology. You will join a team focused on IT automation, working on-site with face-to-face interaction. This long-term contract role demands a hands-on specialist who can image machines and manage software licensing.
What You'll Do6
- 1Automate desktop imaging processes using tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and SCCM to reduce deployment time.
- 2Deploy and manage software licenses across the organization, ensuring compliance and optimal usage.
- 3Support and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues to maintain a stable environment.

Requirements6
- 12+ years experience in desktop support with a focus on imaging and software licensing.
- 2Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- 3Proficiency with Active Directory for user and computer management.
- 4Knowledge of ITIL or ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
- 5Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- 6Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs).
