What You'll Do9
- 1Lead a cross‑functional clinical team to improve patient experiences and meet CMS benchmarks

- 5Partner with Regional Operations Director to resolve employee and patient issues

Requirements7
- 1Associate's degree required Bachelor's degree in related area preferred
- 2Minimum one year management experience or equivalent renal expertise
- 3Current RN license required in California
- 4CPR certification or obtainable within 60 days of start
- 5Three days minimum weekly commitment
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 7Commitment to collaborative teamwork and entrepreneurial mindset
