What You'll Do8
- 1Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve quality improvement goals.
- 2Manage the clinic's daily operations, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, and vendor relationships.
- 3Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals.
- 4Monitor compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements, including CMS performance programs.
- 5Develop and mentor team members through coaching and performance-based rewards.
- 6Coordinate with clinical and financial teams to align daily operations with business needs.
- 7Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- 8Oversee supply ordering and inventory management to ensure clinic readiness.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
- 2Associates degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- 3Current CPR certification required, or obtain within 60 days of hire
- 4Current license as a Registered Nurse if required by state
- 5Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 6Ability to work onsite in Richmond, California
- 7Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams
